Refund policy

Terms and Conditions

We accept returns on any items* within 14 days of your order being delivered for a refund. 

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all garment tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

 

Exchanges and returns

All exchanges and/or returns will be processed via the original purchase method. 

All exchanges and/or returns must be sent back via post. To initiate a return or exchange, you must complete the Returns and Exchange online form for further instructions, including return shipping details.

Returns or exchanges sent without completing the online form will not be accepted.

 

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. We do not cover or reimburse any postage or shipping costs associated with returning items,

 

Change of mind purchases

If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange to the value of the item, subject to our return conditions. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

This included incorrect sizing. We are happy to size exchange or provide an exchange to the value of the item if your preferred size is unavailable.

 

Faulty items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, then these return conditions do not apply.

Please contact our customer care team directly on support@endofus.com for assistance.

Products that have had its quality affected by the customer's washing process or misuse will not be accepted for return as a faulty product. Please ensure that the washing and care instructions are carefully followed to ensure the quality of your garment long-term.

 

Sale items

We do not allow returns on any sale items. (Example: Black Friday, End of Year Sale or Boxing Day Sale promotions).

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your debit or credit card or other original method of payment, within 2-5 working days.
